MEET THE TEAM

Pieter Minnaar is a hands-on entrepreneur who brings with him extensive industry experience and qualifications. With a passion for construction, he offers the knowledge and expertise to provide
exceptional client service, regardless of project complexity. Pieter has been actively involved in the construction environment for over 45 years, of which the majority has been as a business owner.

He is responsible for the overall management of Capital Civil and Building Construction, and is actively involved on the building sites and in the everyday building operations of the business.

Gerhard Minnaar was born into the construction industry. After completing his Quantity Surveying degree, Gerhard decided to live abroad to extend his horizons further in the construction industry. On return Gerhard completed numerous projects in the Capital tradition, on time with the required quality. The business is well-supported by its team of staff, who ensure that the company continues to deliver exceptional and professional turnkey construction solutions.
